This tool enables us to pilot the automation of predicted Global Grades using WTW's Global Grading System (GGS) methodology.

The Willis Towers Watson Global Grading System (GGS) is a job leveling methodology used to determine internal relativities based on the analysis of factors that are universally applicable and proven to recognize real differentiation in job size.

Please download the template and review the instructions tab to ensure all required data fields are provided.

To ensure optimal results, please provide between 300-500 words per job description.

After completing the template, select the file to be uploaded and click on the “Upload File” button to begin the automated job leveling process. While results are being generated, the status of the file will appear as, “In Progress”. When the suggested GGS evaluations are complete and ready for use, the status of the file will display as “Download”. You should refresh your browser page to check for file status updates.

Please note that the number of jobs and level of detail included in the file will determine the necessary file processing time. While times will vary, please assume the system can calculate approximately 5 jobs per minute.
